I became impassioned with dance and music early in life. As my life was transformed I felt rejuvenated and full of vitality. Movement to music morphs exercise into fun...like lighting a fuse to your life. I have been sharing my passion through teaching for 13 years and it remains challenging and thrilling today as I watch one of my students open to themselves from a place they may have forgotten. I see the transformation when their eyes begin to sparkle, their smile lights their face and they begin to express their selves, sometime for the first time.
